Exchange Policy

Exchange and Refund are honored under the following conditions: 

  • Faulty Returns

If the products purchase are faulty, damaged or different from the sample shown.

  • Size Exchange

If you want to change just the size of your purchased item.

  • Refund

If the purchased item is no longer available. 

Process:

  •  Cite the valid problem of the item you received. (Include photos)
  • Email it to info@nudo.ph within 7 days upon receiving the items.
  • Your order confirmation number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Tags are attached to all items.
  • Garment in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)
  • Once received we will acknowledge your request and process the exchange/refund within 5-7 working days.
